Booking conditions
Prices:

VAT is included in the price.
- Included in the price: bed
linen (changed weekly), T-towels, bathroom towels (changed on request),
electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, parking, AC and
WiFi.
- Deposit: 30% deposit is
payable in the moment of booking. The balance is payable in cash on arrival
day.
- Final cleaning is not included
in price and amounts 300kn per apartment per stay.
- City tax is not included in
price.

Cancellation policy:

Deposit is non-refundable.
Damage deposit:
-
On arrival there is a damage
deposit of Euros 100. This will be returned to you when you leave, once we have
checked there is no damage, other than natural wear and tear of course.
Early departure:

If guests decide to leave
earlier than planned, full price will be charged.
