Prices
Prices and availability on request via email
VAT and residence taxes are included in the price.
The price includes bed linen (changed weekly), T-towels, bathroom towels (changed on request), electricity and water consumption, kitchenware and tableware, final cleaning, AC, and Wi-Fi. Baby cot is available on request.

Check-in: 15:00
Check-out: 10.00
Reservation warranty
We require a 30% payment of the full price for reservation confirmation. The deposit is paid to our bank account at the moment of booking and is not refundable. The remainder is paid in cash on arrival day.
Damage deposit
There is a 100 Euro damage deposit on arrival. Once we have checked that there is no damage other than natural wear and tear, it will be returned to you when you leave.
Early departure
If guests check out early, they will be charged for the full price of all remaining nights.
House rules
- By booking accommodation and staying at our facility, you agree to obey these house rules and related provisions.
- All well-mannered and polite guests who treat others with respect are welcome to our facilities.
- Carefully use all devices and installations in the facility.
- Visitors can come to the apartment only if approved by the owner.
- Do not bring flammable or explosive materials or substances with strong or unpleasant smells inside the facility.
- You may use all amenities available to guests. However, if you damage or destroy anything, we will charge the expense to your bill.
- The local voltage is 220 V. Please adjust all your electrical appliances (razors, hair dryers, phone chargers) to that standard. Please always unplug your devices and chargers from the electric socket if they are not under supervision to prevent the risk of fire.
- Please refrain from making excess noise in your room, especially when using the television or audio system, for the sake of other guests.
